Come join us for a day of being outside, getting dirty, preparing the farm, and getting to wave to friends from afar (“socially distanced"). We will be cleaning up the farm, chipping up brush, setting up electric fencing, putting down cardboard and mulch for beds, and generally prepping for the season.
Unfortunately for the time being we will not be able to conduct our Work Days as potluck events, which means that everyone will have to be in charge of their own lunch. Farming is supposed to be about community and bringing people together through food, we are excited for a time when we will be able to have a meal as an aspect of this. For the time being though we appreciate everyone bringing their own food and water, although there will be a way to re-fill water bottles.
We are also asking that everyone who attends brings a mask. We will be outside, and socially distanced as best we can, but we still ask that everyone has a mask. We are never sure of the situation others live in, what their risk factors are, or how comfortable they are, so we want to make sure everyone feels welcome and safe. Thank you for understanding.
